١. عن التطبيق
ONC MOB POS تطبيق أندرويد يعمل كعميل (Client) لنظام إدارة محلات الموبايل المثبَّت على كمبيوتر المحل. التطبيق يتصل بذلك الكمبيوتر عبر شبكة الواي فاي المحلية للمحل فقط، ويُستخدم من موظفي المحل (الكاشير والفنيين) لمتابعة عمليات الصيانة والمبيعات والمخزون.
التطبيق ليس خدمة سحابية، ولا يتطلب إنشاء حساب، ولا يعمل عبر الإنترنت.
٢. البيانات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع أي بيانات على الإطلاق. نحن — OneCloudApps LLC — لا نستقبل ولا نخزّن ولا نطّلع على أي معلومات من التطبيق. تحديداً:
- لا نجمع أسماء أو أرقام هواتف أو عناوين بريد إلكتروني.
- لا نجمع بيانات موقع جغرافي.
- لا نجمع معرّفات إعلانية ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات.
- لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) ولا أدوات تتبّع.
- لا نشارك أي بيانات مع أطراف ثالثة، لأننا لا نملك أي بيانات أساساً.
٣. أين تُخزَّن بيانات المحل؟
البيانات التي يعرضها التطبيق — بيانات العملاء وعمليات الصيانة والمبيعات والمخزون — مخزَّنة على كمبيوتر المحل نفسه الذي يملكه ويشغّله صاحب المحل. التطبيق يقرأ منها ويكتب إليها عبر الشبكة المحلية مباشرة.
وبناءً على ذلك، فإن صاحب المحل هو المتحكّم في تلك البيانات (Data Controller)، وهو المسؤول عن حمايتها والتعامل معها وفق القوانين المعمول بها في بلده. دورنا يقتصر على توفير البرنامج.
يُخزَّن على الهاتف نفسه فقط إعدادات محدودة: عنوان IP الخاص بسيرفر المحل، اللغة المختارة، ومعرّف داخلي عشوائي للجهاز. تُحذف هذه الإعدادات بالكامل عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.

التطبيق لا يطلب إذن الموقع الجغرافي، ولا الكاميرا، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الملفات، ولا الميكروفون.
٥. الوضع التجريبي
يحتوي التطبيق على وضع تجريبي يعمل ببيانات وهمية مخزَّنة على الجهاز فقط، بلا اتصال بأي شبكة. هذه البيانات ليست حقيقية ولا تخصّ أي شخص، وتُحذف بالكامل عند الخروج من الوضع التجريبي أو إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.
٦. الأطفال
التطبيق موجَّه لأصحاب وموظفي محلات الهواتف المحمولة، وليس موجَّهاً للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من الأطفال.
٧. الأمان
الاتصال يتم داخل الشبكة المحلية للمحل ولا يخرج إلى الإنترنت. كلمات مرور المستخدمين تُخزَّن على كمبيوتر المحل بصيغة مُجزّأة (hashed) وليس كنص صريح. ننصح صاحب المحل بتأمين شبكة الواي فاي الخاصة به بكلمة مرور قوية.
٨. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة، ويُنشر أي تعديل على نفس الرابط.

1. About the app
ONC MOB POS is an Android client for a mobile-phone shop management system installed on the shop's own computer. The app connects to that computer over the shop's local Wi-Fi network only, and is used by shop staff (cashiers and technicians) to follow repair jobs, sales and stock.
It is not a cloud service, it requires no account, and it does not operate over the internet.
2. Data we collect
We collect nothing at all. We — OneCloudApps LLC — do not receive, store or access any information from the app. Specifically:
- No names, phone numbers or email addresses.
- No location data.
- No advertising identifiers and no analytics of any kind.
- No cookies and no tracking tools.
- No data is shared with third parties, because we hold no data in the first place.
3. Where shop data is stored
The data the app displays — customers, repair jobs, sales and stock — is stored on the shop's own computer, owned and operated by the shop owner. The app reads and writes it directly over the local network.
The shop owner is therefore the data controller and is responsible for protecting that data under the laws that apply in their country. Our role is limited to providing the software.
Only limited settings are stored on the phone itself: the shop server's IP address, the chosen language, and a random internal device identifier. These are removed completely when the app is uninstalled.

The app does not request location, camera, contacts, files or microphone permissions.
5. Demo mode
The app includes a demo mode that runs on sample data stored on the device only, with no network connection. This data is fictional, belongs to no real person, and is removed entirely when demo mode is exited or the app is uninstalled.
6. Children
The app is intended for owners and staff of mobile-phone shops. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Security
Communication happens inside the shop's local network and does not leave it. User passwords are stored on the shop computer in hashed form, not as plain text. We advise shop owners to protect their Wi-Fi network with a strong password.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as new features are added. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and any revision is published at this same address.
